FlNELINE has acquired 100% shares of lBR Leiterplatten GmbH &Co.KG. The acquisition is a positive step for all parties, for Fineline, for lBR and for suppliers andcustomers.

With an active base of 1.000 customers lBR delivers every PCB technology and quantity. Small batchesof high-tech samples for universities or large batches for EMS companies are delivered through allindustries, With own IPC trainers and self processed CAM data by lBR engineers a highly automizedprocess ensures small EQ and QA rates and a smooth cooperation with lBR suppliers.

This acquisition further demonstrates FINELlNE's on-going commitment to invest and grow and its PCBbusiness and create value to all its stakeholders.

Business will continue to operate under the lBR name and accounts.
