Global PCB powerhouse Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited (4958.TW) and leading precision drilling solutions provider Topoint Technology Co. Ltd. (8021.TW) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deepen collaboration in advanced PCB technologies. The agreement, formally completed at the Pengding Times Building in Shenzhen, was witnessed by Zhen Ding Chairman Shen Ching-fang and Topoint Chairman Lin Hsu-ting along with senior executives from both companies.

Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly pursue innovation and market expansion in high-end PCB precision drilling, micro drill-bit development, and applications for AI servers and advanced substrates.

Topoint has long specialized in precision drill bits and drilling process solutions for printed circuit boards, with strong R&D and mass-production capabilities.
