Recently, Wonder Electricals Ltd. (NSE: WEL), a long-established player in India's electrical industry, announced its strategic entry into printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing through its newly formed entity, Integrated Motion & Control LLP, in which it holds a 51% equity stake. Integrated Motion & Control LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership company, incorporated on April 2, 2025, in India.
According to the company, machinery installation is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2025, with trial production planned for November–December 2025. Full-scale commercial operations are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025. A state-of-the-art factory is also under construction to support this expansion.
In its first phase, the new unit will focus on brushless DC (BLDC) motor controllers for a wide range of consumer and industrial applications, including ceiling fans, inverter fans, induction fans, cooler motors, and industrial circulators.
Wonder Electricals said the new facility will provide end-to-end hardware and software solutions backed by strong R&D capabilities, enabling the company to deliver innovative, reliable, and energy-efficient products.
Industry analysts believe the move into PCB manufacturing will significantly strengthen Wonder Electricals' product portfolio and profitability. The company expects 40–50% growth in its BLDC segment over the coming years, driven by rising domestic demand and expanding international opportunities.
By combining its manufacturing expertise with next-generation PCB technology, Wonder Electricals aims to position itself as a key supplier of sustainable power and motion control solutions in both India and global markets.
