On June 21, Ventec International Group (TPE: 6672) announced progress on its upcoming manufacturing facility in Thailand, marking a significant step in its strategic expansion across Southeast Asia.

This development follows Ventec's June 2023 announcement of plans to establish a new manufacturing base in Southeast Asia to diversify geographical risk and enhance support for growing customer demand. In December 2024, Ventec announced that Thailand had been selected as the location for its new state-of-the-art PCB materials manufacturing facility.

Located on 8.4 acres in the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate in Ayutthaya province, just north of Bangkok, the new site will serve as a key hub for strengthening Ventec’s global supply chain resilience and enhancing service to customers in one of the world’s fastest-growing PCB manufacturing regions.

Construction of the state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to begin in July 2025, with production targeted to start in 2026. Once operational, the site is expected to expand Ventec’s manufacturing capabilities and provide more flexible support for partners and customers across Asia and worldwide.

The company emphasized that the Thailand facility is a pivotal long-term investment that will help diversify its production footprint and reinforce its commitment to customer-centric growth.
