A leading global provider of technology solutions—including mission systems, RF components and assemblies, and advanced printed circuit boards—TTM Technologies, Inc. has appointed Edwin Roks, Ph.D., as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 2, 2025.

Dr. Roks will succeed Thomas T. Edman, who will retire after serving as CEO since 2014. As previously announced, Mr. Edman will transition to the role of Advisor to the Chairman through January 1, 2026, while continuing to serve on TTM's Board of Directors and Government Security Committee.

The Board has also appointed Dr. Roks as a Class II director, filling an existing vacancy. His term will run until TTM's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.

Dr. Roks most recently served as CEO of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated until April 2025, where he played a key role in driving growth in digital imaging, advancing technology across business lines, and integrating major acquisitions. His career spans leadership roles in aerospace, defense, and industrial electronics, with a track record of operational excellence, customer engagement, and innovation.
