Three More PCB-Related Companies Join the Printed Circuit Board Association of America

Camden Copper, Element Materials Technology, and Modus Test have recently joined the Printed Circuit Board Association of America (PCBAA), strengthening the organization's efforts to rebuild a secure and resilient domestic PCB supply chain.

On July 18, PCBAA welcomed Camden Copper, based in Kershaw County, South Carolina. As the only manufacturer of copper foil in North America, Camden Copper plays a critical role in ensuring the availability of a key raw material for PCB fabrication. PCBAA emphasized that reinforcing copper supply is essential for revitalizing the U.S. electronics manufacturing base.

On July 23, Element Materials Technology joined the association. Element is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, supporting high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, defense, and microelectronics. While not a PCB manufacturer, Element contributes significantly to ensuring product quality and supply chain trust across the electronics industry.

Earlier in the month, on July 8, PCBAA also welcomed Modus Test, LLC, based in Richardson, Texas. The company designs, manufactures, and services the industry-standard MPT CRES test platform, which is widely used in electronics and PCB reliability testing. Its membership reflects PCBAA's growing ecosystem of companies covering every stage of the PCB value chain, from materials and manufacturing to testing and inspection.

In addition, PCBAA continues to engage with policymakers. On July 3, TTM Technologies President and PCBAA Chair Will Marsh presented Congressman Nick LaLota with the 2025 PCB Industry Champion Award for his support of the Protecting Circuit Boards and Substrates Act (PCBS Act) and ongoing efforts to strengthen the U.S. microelectronics industry.

As the U.S. intensifies efforts to restore its domestic PCB manufacturing capabilities, PCBAA's growing membership highlights industry-wide collaboration across key technology and policy areas.
