May 8, 2025 – UK-based printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer Merlin Circuit Technology Ltd has successfully passed its latest NADCAP audit, earning 2nd Year Merit status for its continued excellence in Electronics – Printed Boards. The certification, issued by NADCAP and managed by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), is valid for 18 months and will expire on February 28, 2027.  The certificate was signed by Jay Solomond, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PRI.

The 2nd Year Merit status is granted to companies that consistently meet or exceed stringent industry standards, reflecting Merlin's strong quality systems and manufacturing capabilities tailored to the aerospace and defense sectors.

Notably, Merlin Circuit Technology first achieved NADCAP accreditation in June 2024, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to align with the rigorous requirements of global aerospace customers.

Located in Deeside, North Wales, and founded in 1992, Merlin Circuit Technology specializes in the production of rigid printed circuit boards, supporting 2 to 32 layers and offering quick-turn, low-to-medium volume manufacturing services for high-reliability applications.
