Taiwan-based PCB manufacturer HannStar Board Corporation (TPE: 5469) has announced a leadership change at its subsidiary HannStar Board Technology (Jiangyin) Corp. in mainland China.

According to the company's filing, Chen Kun-Huang, formerly General Manager of the Jiangyin division, has been appointed as Chairman, succeeding Lai Wei-Zhen. The change took effect on October 1, 2025, following a representative adjustment by the subsidiary's corporate director, HannStar Board Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd.

In connection with the promotion, Chen's previous role as General Manager of the Jiangyin division has been reassigned to Deputy General Manager Tseng Chia-Hsing, who will serve as acting head of the business unit.

HannStar Board, one of Taiwan's leading printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers, operates major production bases in Taiwan, Jiangyin, and Huizhou, supplying multilayer, HDI, and other advanced PCB products to global electronics and computing customers.
