On April 2nd, the Chinese PCB manufacturer Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 001389. The company conducted an initial public offering of 42.3 million new shares at a price of 17.43 yuan per share, resulting in a total share capital of 422.3 million shares after this issuance.

The total amount raised in this offering was 737.29 million yuan, with a net amount of 653.46 million yuan after deducting issuance expenses of 83.83 million yuan. The raised funds will primarily be used for Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc.'s first-phase multilayer PCB project at its Hubei Huangshi factory, established in 2019, as well as for working capital supplementation and loan repayments. 

Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. is the first PCB manufacturer in the mainland China PCB industry to go public this year, with an opening stock price of 50 yuan, a 186.86% increase, and a current market capitalization of 21.96 billion yuan.
